When shutterfashion.com.my is delivered, you may need to verify the delivery of the product by signing with the delivery person. You agree to inspect the package of the package and ensure that the seal is not damaged or opened before signing for the received product. If you find that the seal is damaged, please check the contents of the package, you can refuse to sign for the received product.
If you are not at home to receive the purchased order, please log in to your account or the operator's website to track the status of your shipment. If the order cannot be successfully delivered to you after a few attempts, or if you fail to pick up the goods at any nearby location in accordance with the carrier’s regulations, the order may be processed after the stipulated time. Therefore, we will not refund any amount you spend on the order.
We provide all orders using standard packaging materials. Currently we do not meet any special packaging.
We can only deliver to one delivery address per order. If you want to send to multiple addresses, please place an order for each address separately.
If you submit your remittance receipt before 6:00 in the morning, the confirmed order will be shipped out of our warehouse within 1-3 working days, except for public holidays.
Orders placed at noon on Friday and after the weekend will be processed on the following Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday (except public holidays).
The delivery time is as follows:
West Malaysia: Your order will arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
Sabah/Sarawak: 5 to 7 working days, your order arrives.
Any refund of shipping and handling fees is strictly prohibited.
There may be free shipping for promotional products from time to time, so please check your shipping costs frequently.
We strive to deliver your purchased products in the shortest possible time. After the transaction is confirmed, all orders will be processed immediately. All orders are sent and dispatched by our designated carrier from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
In remote areas, additional 2-3 working days may be required.
During peak promotions/promotions, due to the surge in online orders, our delivery time may be slightly longer than the usual delivery time.
How to track your order?
Please find your tracking number in the confirmation email, or log in to your user account to check the status of your order. Alternatively, you can visit the operator’s website and enter your tracking number in the tracking widget to check the status of order delivery. After receiving the delivery confirmation email from the system, the delivery status of your order will be reflected in a few hours.
If there is a delay, it will be noted on the operator's website. If you still do not see the delivery status update one week after receiving the confirmation email, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
